During the summer we always here about young children falling out of windows and being seriously injured or killed. A lot of the time blame is put on the parent.
I am writing this because I am at my mom's right now and she lives in an apartment building and I had to shut the window because Colin was banging on the screen.
Now why don't builders of these buildings think? Could a young child possibly move in here? Should I maybe screw the screen in better or put something on the other side of the screen so they can't push it out?
Just a thought...
